Axelerate Chat is a chat assistant specifically designed to help you with tasks within Axelerate Documents.
Your assistant can search across multiple data-sources automatically. For example if you give it a YouTube video, it understands to go research that content before performing a task.
Axelerate Chat can also access your Axelerate knowledge-base. In other words it can search through all your business files (that you upload to Axelerate) at once and perform tasks using this information.
1. Accessing Axelerate chat
In an open document, go to the ‘Chat’ tab to open Axelerate Chat:
2. Chat types
There are 4 Chat Types you can choose from in Axelerate Chat.
2.1 Auto
Depending on the task, Axelerate will search Google, the news or video content to answer your question the best it can. If it does not require this data, Axelerate will use its own internal knowledge to complete the task.
2.2 Just Chat
Axelerate Chat will not have access to the web or any external content. Axelerate will only use it’s internal knowledge to complete the task.
2.3 Knowledgebase
Ask questions about any of your uploaded files and URLs (your knowledgebase). Axelerate will strictly use the information uploaded and will not use other external sources or it’s internal knowledge.
2.4 Editor
Editor mode allows you to query and edit your current document by chatting:
3. Changing chat type
Open Axelerate Chat and click on ‘Chat Type’. Here you can click on the chat type you want to use before submitting your next task. As we can see by default that chat is in ‘Auto’ mode:
4. Changing your output language
To change your user's output language simply use the dropdown on the text editor:
5. Brand Voice
We can add a Brand voice to improve Axelerate’s understanding of your business and writing style. Click on 'voice' and we can select from existing Brand Voices or create a new one:
